Method:
The preparation method of 4-Aminocinnamic acid is as follows:
1. Benzaldehyde (C6H5CHO) and ammonia are reacted in ethanol to form benzamide (C6H5C(O)NH2).
2. Under alkaline conditions, nucleophilic addition reaction occurs with Salicylaldehyde (C6H5CHOH) and benzamide to generate 4-Aminocinnamic acid.
